Discordian Peregrinus

A blasphemous combination of demon and beast.

Discordian Peregrinus are fearsome and grotesque creatures used as mounts by the strange forces of Discord, particularly by the Lords of Despair. These fell beasts are winged and dragon-like in appearance, with a menacing and intimidating presence.

These creatures have leathery, bat-like wings that span an impressive length, allowing them to soar through the skies with eerie grace and speed. Their bodies are covered in coarse, dark scales that shimmer in the dim light, and their large, clawed limbs are strong and deadly. Their fiery and glowing eyes strike fear into the hearts of all who encounter them. Worse of all, these creatures have incredibly powerful stomach acids that they can regurgitate in a caustic spray, burning all of those who dare approach this beast with hostile intent. 

Discordian Peregrinus can emit a terrifying screech that echoes in the minds that hear it, filling the air with an unsettling and malevolent sound. When they take flight, the sound of their massive wings beating is like the rush of a roaring wind, sending tremors through the ground beneath.

Frequently used as instruments of terror and destruction by the demons of Discord, it allows these dark riders to strike fear into the hearts of their enemies and hunt down their foes. With these creatures at their command, those loyal to Discord become even more formidable adversaries, descending from the skies to sow chaos and despair in the Strange Wastes.
