Q) Where will my order ship from? 

A) Orders placed in our Canadian or US stores ship from our Canadian warehouse. Orders placed in our EU or UK stores will ship from the United Kingdom.

Q) My country isn't listed in the store drop down.

A) Please select our Canadian store, we can ship to most countries in the world from our Canadian warehouse.

Q) I tried to checkout but there were no shipping options for my country.

A) Please make sure you have the correct store location selected at the top of the page. If your region is not listed please select our Canadian store. If you are unable to checkout from the Canadian store
